I think it is pretty doubtful for a man-whore to become a "one-woman-man" just b/c he wants to get married to have a kid.
If all he wants is a kid out of the deal, hire a surrogate mother.
Like alphagam-alum said, having a great-looking kid is one thing, but having that kid be messed up in the head b/c of Mommy & Daddy's nasty divorce, crazy custody battles and everything else is totally different.
