It is a throw blanket that talks about sisters on it. It is so cute.
Just an FYI: my grandmother and myself have ordered from this catalog before and all the stuff we have received has been of very good quality. My grandmother actually ordered me a little lamp (about a foot high) with pressed violets on it.
