If you Googgle "hazing" you'll find links to the disgusting Hank Nuwer's site. He has a list and history.
The problem is his definition of "hazing" includes about anything happening to anyone wearing a GLO T-shirt. For example, if two non-members are asked to leave a USC GLO party, and they return and shoot two of the GLO's pledges, high-counting Hank adds two to the lists of hazing deaths.
