When I was a pledge of another Fraternity, I found if you did it in 3's it came easier. Alpha, Beta, Gamma Pause Delta, Epslilon Zeta ETC. The mind is a wonderful computor unless it has a glitch then is not worth a Damn as Boat anchor!!!
