Everything that is included in a specific officers duties is outlined in our By-laws and our chapter constitiution. Any position, officer or chair person is evaluated by every other member at each meeting. We are allowed to do, in a sense, a pop quiz to see if a person in a particular position is on top of their game and know what is going on. If someone is messing up really bad, it's usually pretty easy for us to tell, because we are so tight knit and we are all pretty comfortable with the duties that each position requires. If things aren't going how they should, we try to help out, if that doesn't work, we replace (impeach)
