I'm one of those lucky gals with hereditary dark circles under the eyes. And I can't stand using liquid makeup....so I go for the concealer stick type deal. I use Cornsilk concealer stick. I just found out though, that Walmart doesn't carry anymore, so I may have to switch to something else....
One of the most important things I learned though, is how to apply any concealer (or any type of makeup) under the eye. This is one of the most sensitive parts of your body, so you must treat it with care. When applying makeup here, use your ring finger (the weakest finger), and don't rub makeup in, just dab/pat it in to cover dark circles. The same goes for applying powder.
