For your eye area, I'd try Benefit's Ooh La Lift. I personally haven't tried this yet, but I've heard good things. I've never had to use concealer for under my eyes, so I can't really help you on that.

When I use concealer for everywhere else, I've had good results w/ Estee Lauder's Lucidity. I usually wear foundation, but I have used it w/ just the concealer w/ powder over it, and it didn't look funky.

If you're trying to cover redness, instead of concealer, have you tried using a green stick? If you're not using foundation, then I guess that wouldn't help, as you apply it under your foundation to cover up the redness.
