Where is the Sephora on the Promenade? I thought that they were going to open it up on the block just past Santa Monica Place, but the last time I was there it still wasn't open (and I thought I saw a sign for a Tommy Hilfiger shop instead?)
Granted, I haven't been down to the Promenade in a while, but am I hallucinating?
Please tell me, I'm dying to know!
