The greatest caramel candy of all time was featured on the food channel...they are called Modjeskas and they are made by some candy folk in Kentucky I think. They are homemade marshmallows covered in caramel.
My BF wanted to try them after he watched the episode, so I ordered some online for him. When I got them we both tore into the box. I've ordered twice since then, the first bite is heaven.
My mom also makes a kick ass dessert that's called pot-de-creme, caramel flavor. Yum...I think I need to get that recipe.
