it looks like
Syracuse has had every NPC chapter except Tri-Sigma (25 of 26)
Penn State has had every NPC chapter except AST (25 of 26)
Univ. of Illinois has had every NPC chapter except AST (25 of 26)
UCLA has has every NPC chapter except AST and Tri-Sigma (24 of 26)
Indiana Univ. has had every NPC chapter except AST and Phi Sigma Sigma (24 of 26)
