Since there are thousands of AGDs around the world. where did you meet an AGD sister that really surprised you??
For me, 2 times stand out..
1 - When I rented a house in Georgia and found that another AGD had lived there some years before..I got a misdirected letter addressed to her. 4.5 years later..I didn't actually meet her until Sunday at an Alumnae Panhellenic event..turns out she's from Kansas!!
2 - I was teaching a class at a police academy and struck up a conversation with a female officer from my hometown. We got to talking and found out we're both Gamma Tau's from West Georgia! We met again 3 weeks later when a driver hit my car from behind and guess who the officer-on-the-scene was! Thankfully, I haven't had an opportunity to meet her again under that circumstance!
