It still seems strange to me to have headquarters in a city or, in this case, state where no chapters exist. (Especially since the Mizzou DPhiE chapter had already been inactive for nine years when headquarters was moved to St. Louis.)
Just found it interesting... that's all!! Perhaps there are more sororities with a similar situation??
