something not so secret is to have all your pledges blindfolded and turn all the lights off, then call out their name and have them walk forward. have the big brother hold a candle and take their blindfold off so the only thing they can see is their big brother...it's kinda cool, a buddy of mine did that with his chapter, we do something secret...
