it was all a huge misunderstanding....
alleged incident happened early on a Sunday morning, the Greek Life office informed us that we were suspended pending investigation that Monday and all charges were dropped less than a week later.
they were quick to rush to judgement, but it's understandable considering that 3 fraternities out of 21 are suspended for dry rush and/or hazing violations.
just a minor glitch in what is turning out to be a quite successful semester
