They broadcast from Buffalo or Rochester so that their Canadian followers can recieve the "word"...I'm guessing its' the same public access thing you're talking about... I actually recorded it so I could try and figure out a little more about them...
The word games and pseduo-intellectualism is actually kinda funny to watch - but the message and meaning is actually quite disturbing. The whole Jim Jones thing comes to mind listening to them... well that and the brainwashing has obviously removed any ability to speak normally
