Erich and I are buying our first house.
We put an offer on a place on Monday, had it accepted on Tuesday, and started the mortgage paperwork this morning.
The house is in Providence, RI. We're estimating that we'll move in around early June, since the house closing is scheduled for the end of April (and we need to give a month's notice). Once we're settled in there, I'll be contacting the area BSP chapters in hopes of finding a sisterhood home.
