I'm a true believer in the old adage "if it doesn't kill you it only makes you stronger" as I have real life experience. So just remember what you do have such as being able to have a house etc. b/c I'm sure there are a million people who would love to be in your shoes.
Be strong, it will pass, b/c without darkness there is no light& also remember it's always darkest before dawn.
