I recently graduated from Clemson and from my experience, it is not unusual for a guy to join a faternity his junior or even senior year. The fraternities had rush in the Fall AND Spring (sororities only rush in fall) and it was common to have all sorts of guys from ALL ages rush and pledge. This is totally different from sororities where it is hard to even rush as a sophmore, and rushing as a junior is almost unheard of. Good luck with everything and you will love Clemson. The guys are all wonderful and I am sure you will find your niche. My advice to you is to try to hang out with a bunch of different faternities and get to know the brothers as soon as possible.
