The Walk for Safe Families & Safe Streets is
SafePlace’s largest public awareness and fundraising event offering thousands across Central Texas a fun and easy way to spend time with friends and family, honor those lost to the tragedy of violence, stand with survivors of domestic and sexual violence and raise money in support of SafePlace's mission to end violence.
The
Austin A*Phi Alumnae group is participating in the 2005 SafePlace Walk for Safe Families & Safe Streets on Saturday, April 16th. Help us help SafePlace get one step closer to ending domestic and sexual violence.
Click here to view the team page for Austin Alpha Phi Alums Last year we walked with 12 (not counting children and pets). We are already a team of 7 and I hope we'll get more. Last year's Team goal was $500 and we raised close to $3,000. This year's Team goal is $1,500 and we are already at 41%.
