Busting my ass to get in shape for tubeing season.
Am dedicated to stepping up efforts in the next few months.
Tonight I did back and bicepts and forearms with the trainer.
Then did an hour on the elliptical completing 7 miles.
I will rock eventually.
Have been hitting the gym 4 days a week. Am now going to bump that up to 6 days. Cardo 3 days and strength 3 days. (alternating, of course). Now if I could just lay off the beer....
I have my 12 month assessment next month and it will be interesting to see my progress.
