I go to the gym 5x a week year-round:
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat
(and I take Wed & Sun off).
It's either Step class with weight (Total Body Conditioning is the name of the class) or Tae-Boxing class.
Now that the weather is getting nice, I'll be doing more hiking:

Hiking that mountain is killer and an awesome workout. It's about a mile and half, but īt's very steep. I can do it in about 50 minutes.

cashmoney, are you showering 2x a day or 3x a day? (once after running, once after weight training, once after the pool?)
If you are showering more than once, then don't forget to use a good skin lotion afterwards. Chlorinated swimming pool water in particular is so drying. (I like Lubriderm or Aveeno).
