If you can get it down to about 90 by the time thanksgiving rolls around you'll be looking good.
ETA: I'm currently at 223lbs, trying to cut it all up really tight before Miami in two weeks. I was in Key West 2 weekends ago for UF's spring break, I still have a little more cutting to do. Trying to get a good V going down the side of the front stomach. How much cardio do you do?
