Why the university is just as good a question.
We're seeing a lot more of this kind of thing where attorneys sue everyone in sight -- that's why it's important for chapter officers, advisors, house corp. members, etc. to be aware of what's going on in their chapters.
It's a little like throwing a whole lot of....uh....mud at the wall and seeing how much sticks.
