Haha...I love the concise title.
I generally keep up with my routine all year round; the only difference is I don't do the miles running that I do during the warmer months, since running in the snow in Boston is a bother. I've been pretty sick over the past month and a half, and thus have lost a lot in terms of what I can do.
What I try to do is lift 3-4 days a week with 10-15 miles of running mixed in. I'll try to do at least 5 miles at a time at a good pace, more if my knees hold up and my pace is good. Because of a heart issue I have, I also pay attention to my pulse...that has more to do with my cool down though (i.e. if my heart rate isn't calming itself in enough time, something's wrong).
All together, this usually leaves me in solid shape. Right now I've dropped a bit of weight because of being sick, and I'm still not quite back to normal, so I'm trying to ease myself back to normal. Between that, wedding planning and work, it hasn't been going quite as well as I thought. Hopefully I pick it up again and get right back on track.
