Anyone know anything about our chapter there?

A UIW undergrad has a good friend attending school there and wants to rush. He is thinking maybe Sig Ep because they have a good presence on campus. The Paed and Fresno's website both say we have a chapter there. Anyone know what its like? I knwo I can get the Alpha's contact info from Vicky Harden, but was just wondering if anyone on here knew anything about them.
