The death penalty hasn't been shown to prevent murder. But yeah, it certainly would make me feel better in this case.

These companies need to be fined out of existance for this -- or be held liable for any damage caused by the release of these people's information. This is complete BS.

I did hear the legislature was considering a bill that would finally place some restrictions upon the customer information-sharing business. Anyone know where that's at?
