my understanding is that rachel doesn't really know courtney - she just met her on the plane when courtney was on her way to ask aj for a divorce so she could marry jaqs...maybe i'm missing something here?
also, has anyone else thought that rachel looks an awful lot like the actress (i'm even wondering if they're one in the same) that played chloe (could have the name wrong) from maybe 3 or 4 years ago? the woman who jaqs was going to marry, who was also connected somehow to the quartermaines and had some kind of illness?
