There is a chapter of XYZ that got kicked off campus after a 2 million dollar coke bust and numerous accusations of rape and sexual assault a few years ago. Some were arrested, but got off due to high positions and connections. By kicked off I mean the actives were forced to go alum, still be able to go to alummi meetings, and still wear letters. They still recruit underground through another fraternity, and from what I understand they had 13 pledges in the fall...
I'm sure some of them are nice guys...
