I don't think there's any need for any of those things to be private. If I had a dollar for every alumnae I've seen post to a message board (not ours) searching frantically for a rec form and not able to find it, I'd be quite rich
. If we make our websites too complicated, it leaves out our older alums who might not be as tech savvy. There are some groups that I've wanted to scream because it's impossible to figure out who does what things or even find a chapter list. Those things should be easy for the dumbest person to find.
