Either way, regardless of the C&B and MOSP says, suspensions are on the records of all members throughout their service to the Sorority.
Yes, it is unfair... Especially if it did not have ANYTHING to do with physical or overt mental violence that is obviously called hazing... However, what is posted on the International website is WHAT the Directorate decided. Moreover, majority of the chapter's delagates elected these members into Directorate, inherently supporting all decisions made by the Directorate... And as of now, we MUST stand by our Directorate's decision... Changes will be made over time to be more adjustable for each soror's situation...
These are the things that are done during Clusters, Regionals and Boules... It can be brought through a chapter and put on the ballot in the C&B committee at these events... And it takes years to get to Boule... I know, I have been on this committee from Local to International... And on the Resolutions committee several times.
And as a former GA, these are the rules that one must follow to be in good standing with the Sorority. Plain and simple. There should be little complaints after it has been posted.
I support the decision of the Sorority and the Directorate. Or at least my money does...
