Honestly, I'd say it depends what school she's at. My new member experience was much different in the North than that of a girl I know who pledged at UTEP. Also, the campus pledging environment is important, because she can gauge how much time she will REALLY need to do it. You can email me the school...maybe then I'd be able to respond more clearly.
