Last night's episode was intense. I am still sitting shocked at Lem's resignation but I really do not blame him. He had good ideas and was actually committed to turning the store around. I understand Terri andMax's points of view, however, Lem was using good business sense. I believe that Lem has the store's best interest at heart and by Terri and Max questioning him, it shows their lack of trust in Lem. He's family but he is NOT FAMILY.
Terri's attacks are really getting serious. I am glad that Brian was there for her. It's not just her job that is getting to her but Damon, insecurities with men, etc.
