MEAC step show and after party
The Dirty Delta Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. (Norfolk State University) will be stepping in the MEAC step show in Richmond, VA on Friday March 11 at the Convention Center – Exhibit Hall A, located @ 5th & Marshall Streets.
