I have attended. It is great! Well worth every dime. You can check out recruitordie.com to get info. It blows away so many old ways of thinking and yet completely makes sense. I am finding the hardest thing is that chapters who send someone else other than who is is charge of recruitment (like if a random member lives close to a venue and the chapter wants to save money to send that person), it is difficult for that person to translate everything to the recruitment chair, and then for the rect chair to pass it on to the chapter. So my recommendation is for whoever is in charge of rect in the chapter should be the one to attend.
