Citing irreconcilable differences, Richards — who is six months pregnant with the couple's second child — is seeking full legal and physical custody of the children. They also have a 1-year-old daughter, Sam. According to Celebrity Justice, Richards has retained A-list attorney Laura Wasser, known for representing some of Hollywood's most powerful men.
