BTW, for the record, the show would be called "JeVon's World", or "The JeVon Show", not, "Two Guys, a Girl, and That One Crazy Ni**a" (read, Starang, BobbyEarl, SkeephistAKAte, and Rain Man).
It would be about a black accountant who is rather cynical in nature, unconventional in his approaches in dealing with people, fashion, and the world at large, and tends to have a Napolean complex (ie, cop an serious attitude) when conflict arises.
Kinda like a 21st century Harold Lloyd (a famous silent comedian).
