And SkeephistAKAte can be my nemesis: the funny but cantankerous neighbor who's always uptight because she's never been with a man before (in the spirit of the Fred Sanford/Aunt Esther and Martin/Pam type relationships).
Y'know, CT4, that just might work. But we need a few more female characters to give leverage to Skee; picking on her all the time will get real old real fast.
