Let's see...she is a physician as well....
Sperm can live about 30 minutes after air contact....up to 48 hours in a "internal" or sealed environment....
a handy dandy syringe at the ready (bathroom, purse etc)...keeps it sealed.
let's go wash up....Use your imagination to fill in the gory details.
Wonder if she used listerine first.....
