Thanks for all the advice.
I'm hoping that there will be other places that will be more flexible. I live in a college town where half the population are students that go to school full time. Obviously students can't be available at all hours of every day, so I'm hoping that a 3 hour unavailability on a Sunday morning won't completely kill my chances.
And as much as I would love to wait until after Easter to find another job, I don't think my expenses will hold out that long. My last day at my current job is Friday.
