I don't know what kind of jobs you are applying for.
However, if by catering, you mean waitstaff catering, I would apply. It is pretty rare to have an event (at least for my company) on sunday mornings. When our scheduler calls staff to come in, they can turn down the event if they cannot attend, we don't just tell them when they have to be here because they are not full time jobs. If you are ok being a little tired because you were up till 2am cleaning a party, I would just try to get a job and not worry too much about it. Hotel catering staff probably work differently, I would try unique venue caterers. Again, this is how my company works, I can't speak for them all.
