According to the school newspaper, DTD has expressed interest in the house through its nationals. We'll see who gets it... It needs more than just spring cleaning to get ready for new residents, though!
annice22, the dissoultion of the charter means the Pike chapter must cease membership activities. They may remain friends and wear their letters as alumni of Pike, but they will not have any activities as an organization representing Pike-- no rushes, so socials or date functions, no activities with the university, sororities or fraternities. If they do so, it will result in disciplinary action. Sororities and fraternities who participate in said activities with the now-defunct chapter would also face disciplinary action.
