Maybe we are splitting hairs but, where does it end?

If this was some cat off the street then, we can dismiss this but the fact everybody is willing to submit her accomplishments then it puts her in a worse position. The role of columnist is to give opinons and I'm fine with that but as a columnist myself, and a student of journalism we were taught that truth does come into play with your opinion.
