I say contact nationals and find out exactly what you can do to get things rolling. To hell with the history and the competition......We do have a far reaching history on that campus that needs to be continued and one thing i always say whenever anyone says its going to be a lot of work; if it was easy everyone would be doing it. So you wont have a house, we dont have a house, we've never had a house and our chapter is celebrating our 25th year. you can survive without one, just rent a town/single family house. Just remember you can make it work; it just depends on how much you want it. My 2 cents.
