Delt, the Rocky/Post have been very anti-greek for a long time - I remember the columnists anti-greek screed that came out just after the Delt chapter was closed for the final time. So I'm not surprised.
But, it is interesting that this law has never been used - this is useful information for a lecture I'm giving in class tonight...
