Many, many years ago, the Constitution and Statutory Code were published as two separate documents; I recall that it had a yellow cover when I was an undergrad (circa 1976). Both documents were published in one pamphlet.
Does anyone know when the documents were merged and printed as one continuous piece of work as is seen in the current release?
