Most grocery stores seem to have a program like that. However, as a local, it's hard to do a program like this because places like Albertsons and Safeway require a tax ID number for their program. The 501c.3 status costs about $350, or at least that's what it was when we looked into it. Though FoodLion may be different.

But honestly, you'd have to give away a LOT of cards for it to make a decent amount of money. My brother's old choir is on the Albertson's program, but they still need to fundraise like crazy to get anywhere.
