Answer: I try to work out five days a week. We have a fantastic gym here, so I usually do a complete weight circuit and then 20-30 minutes on the elliptical trainer, bike OR treadmill (depending on the day).

I've started getting into yoga too, but not everyday.

Question: (In the spirit of Bridget Jones) Have you ever read a self-help book?
