I do understand that y'all have a much larger paid staff than we do for expansion but if anyone has any ideas send them my way. I don't want to step on the expansion directors toes but I would like to help her out.

BTW, I think there's plenty of room for both groups!
We are different in that we require 70% of the chapter to be ag college majors, whereas as I understand it, Ceres is looking to become Panhellenic long-term?
FYI, we have NO paid staff -- all volunteers, however, in the future I think we will need at least one paid staff member. This is a lot to handle with volunteers. As for expansion: be visible, stay positive and look for campuses with room for GLO growth! Good luck!
