My sorority, Gamma Sigma Sigma (www.gammasigonline.org) isn't an up-and-coming, but we sometimes have a hard time finding peri. I personally recommend The Greekshop-they are relatively fast (I made an order and it took about 3 weeks to get it back) and they do great work. It was worth the wait.
