The first Mr. 33 played D & D. I tried to understand what was happening, but I just couldn't get it...their game and characters had been going on forever. It was like trying to get into LA Law or ER in the third season when everyone else already knows what is going on.

They weren't psycho into it, no costumes or anything like that - yes it was kinda geeky, but as far as I'm concerned no worse than playing Sims or PlayStation for 80 hours at a stretch.

If you want to try it out, (bear with me it's been a looooooong time since I thought about this stuff) you need to have a character that has powers on the same scale as the others in the game or you'll get killed really quickly and it'll be really boring for you. Don't be afraid to tell him if you really aren't into it. He'd rather have you say so than have you drag down the game.
